Suggest a hidden place

Know a place we have missed?

A village lane, a wetland that fills for a few weeks, a hill nobody writes about — send it in. Local knowledge is how this guide gets better.

This form is a suggestion box, not a publishing tool. What you send is stored in a review queue that only our editors can open. A person then checks the place against sources — access, coordinates, season, what is actually there — before anything appears on the site.

Nothing is published automatically, and we cannot promise that every suggestion becomes an article: some places are already covered, some cannot be verified, and some are better left quiet.

1. The place

The name people would search for.

Write “not sure” if you do not know.

Practical detail helps most: what you saw, when you went, how you got there.

A news article, a government or tourism page, or your own write-up.

2. A photograph, if you have one

Only send an image you took, or one you have permission to share. We check the licence before anything is used, and we will not publish a photograph whose credit is unclear.

Upload the photograph somewhere public and paste the link.
